	&lt;p&gt;I'd had a pretty rubbish few days, getting down about Uni work which seems to be piling up and feeling hungry a lot of the time, and just being able to smell food.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I'd had a French Oral Exam, I managed to answer nearly everything, so hope that went ok.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Anyway First week's weightloss (drumroll please) 16lb.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I am so bloody happy I could cry. I wasn't imagining that at all.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I am going to bed a very happy bunny tonight.&lt;/p&gt;

At least I know I like those, I have to wait until tomorrow to see if I like the bars, but we'll see.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I had a bath earlier to distract from it being lunchtime, my tummy was rumbling really loudly, up to now I've had 2 litres of water, so not doing too badly.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I haven't been to University since last Thursday, I feel pretty guilty, but with this diet on top of my depression I'm just finding it really difficult to&lt;br&gt;a) motivate myself&lt;br&gt;b) want to go in&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I've been having afternoon naps the past few days, but seem to be struggling a little to get straight to sleep at night, it's taking me about 30 mins as oppose&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I've heard about people being cold on this diet, perhaps I should grab myself another cup of green tea, I'm freezing.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Anyway, It's going better than I thought it would be, let's see how I survive the weekend.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;I decided to embark upon this diet for a few reasons I guess.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;My brother is getting married in July and his fiancee wants me to be a bridesmaid along with my sister.&lt;br&gt;I am a dress size 16/18 whereas they are about size 10, I promised myself I would not be the fat bridesmaid.&lt;br&gt;I guess my other reasons are that I don't feel particulary healthy and often get an ache in my back, I also hate the way I look.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;So day 2. &lt;br&gt;yesterday was a bit of a nightmare, I had a caramel shake to begin with, not that appetising.&lt;br&gt;I had a chilli soup for lunch - I couldn't eat it&lt;br&gt;Mushroom soup for dinner - I couldn't eat that either&lt;br&gt;Chocolate shake as a hot chocolate and it was alright actually.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;So today I got up a little worried about what i'd be doing for food, so I had a Vanilla shake with a spoonful of coffee as a hot drink again and it tasted quite nice too.&lt;br&gt;Not sure what I'm going to do for lunch, will maybe see what the other soups taste like.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I have only had 1 litre of water so far from the 4 that i need, so i'd better get drinking.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don't feel particulary hungry, I think i'm just missing the actual eating, especially cereal.&lt;/p&gt;
