Today is day 2 of my journey to a lighter life.
I decided to embark upon this diet for a few reasons I guess.
My brother is getting married in July and his fiancee wants me to be a bridesmaid along with my sister.
I am a dress size 16/18 whereas they are about size 10, I promised myself I would not be the fat bridesmaid.
I guess my other reasons are that I don't feel particulary healthy and often get an ache in my back, I also hate the way I look.
So day 2.
yesterday was a bit of a nightmare, I had a caramel shake to begin with, not that appetising.
I had a chilli soup for lunch - I couldn't eat it
Mushroom soup for dinner - I couldn't eat that either
Chocolate shake as a hot chocolate and it was alright actually.
So today I got up a little worried about what i'd be doing for food, so I had a Vanilla shake with a spoonful of coffee as a hot drink again and it tasted quite nice too.
Not sure what I'm going to do for lunch, will maybe see what the other soups taste like.
I have only had 1 litre of water so far from the 4 that i need, so i'd better get drinking.
I don't feel particulary hungry, I think i'm just missing the actual eating, especially cereal.
